The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Appeals Review Officer to join our Parking Services team.
In this role, you will; process formal representations and review CCTV bus lane / moving traffic contraventions and issuing Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) while ensuring accuracy of data. You will operate as an individual and with other team members. You will be expected to have excellent communication and IT skills (training on bespoke systems will be provided) and be professional at all times. You will be reporting to the Lead Moving Traffic Enforcement Officer and workload will be assigned by the Senior Appeals Officer.
