Job summary

Ridgeline is seeking an experienced Apparel Product Developer to turn creative concepts into high-quality, commercially viable products for manufacture. You will manage development across mid-layer and country lifestyle collections, including knitwear, fleeces, shirts, casual trousers and selected accessories.

The role involves ensuring product performance, fabric durability, wash stability, pricing structures and fit perfection, owning the seasonal critical path, and coordinating with global

Qualifications

  • Three years' experience in apparel product development.
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern adjustment and grading.
  • Experience creating tech packs, BOMs and measurement specs.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end seasonal product development timelines.
  • Track prototypes, samples, lab dips and production deadlines.
  • Translate concepts into production-ready tech packs and BOMs.
  • Collaborate with designer to create workbooks and specs.
  • Source fabrics and components and assess performance and durability.
  • Coordinate with UK and overseas manufacturers and review costs for margins.
  • Lead fit sessions and resolve pattern/grading issues.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant markets and contribute to hard-goods where needed.
