You will have a passion for developing cutting-edge apps supporting millions of devices relied upon daily by our customers and installers worldwide. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, monitoring, and supporting future app features aligned with myenergi's long-term business strategy.

Responsibilities:

1. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient app code in TypeScript based on the React Native framework.
2. Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and support.
3. Troubleshoot and debug app defects.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, firmware, support, and production.
5. Build and maintain robust cloud communication (TRPC) and device communication (BLE) mechanisms.
6. Support the application of test automation across the software stack.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Expert-level app development experience with TypeScript and React Native.
2. Experience with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI).
3. Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest and Vitest.
4. Familiarity with agile development methodologies, including Kanban and Scrum.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed multinational team.

Desirable:

1. Experience as a full-stack developer in TypeScript on AWS.
2. A basic understanding of electrical engineering concepts (kW, kWh, Amps, Volts).
3. Experience with other languages such as Python, C, C#, and Rust.
4. Experience with smart home devices, vehicle charge points, solar diverters, etc.
