Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop the knowledge and experience in the engineering aspects of the API manufacturing processes, allowing day to day running support of the API Manufacturing operation as process engineer.
  2. Identification, scope development and execution support for key strategic capital project improvements.
  3. Identification, scope development and execution support of operational excellence projects to support the efficient operation of the API manufacturing department.
  4. Co-ordinate the implementation of the API Process Risk assessment programme, alongside external specialist support, to establish a suitable set of process risk assessment studies to contemporary standards.
  5. Co-ordinate the development and justification of prioritised 3-year investment plan for the API Manufacturing Department.
  6. Support the investigation, root cause analysis and CAPA development for quality and safety deviations associated with the engineering aspects of API production.
  7. Provide engineering subject matter expert input to quality audits.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree gained in a relevant discipline.
  2. Formal Project Management qualification would be desirable but not essential.

Relevant Experience:

  1. Experience of leading projects.
  2. Solid and demonstrable understanding of key API manufacturing processes.
