Job summary

Publicis Production is seeking a Platform Integration Manager with hands-on experience to execute day-to-day integration tasks and coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver high-quality integrations in London.

You will build and configure integration workflows, maintain documentation, and support testing with configuration engineering, delivery, and QA teams, while contributing as a technical resource in client team meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software integration or implementation.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, data transformation, and scripting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement integration workflows using platform APIs and tools per design specifications.
• Coordinate data mapping and configuration tasks with configuration engineers.
• Ensure integrations adhere to security, performance, and quality standards.
• Track project tasks, issues, and milestones; provide regular status updates.
• Participate in design and code reviews; contribute to integration pattern improvements.
• Maintain integration documentation and knowledge base; support design discussions with Product Success Directors.
• Participate in internal client team meetings as a technical resource when required.
