The successful candidate will work directly with clients to understand their integration needs and deliver tailored API solutions, ensuring seamless data flow across systems. This role combines technical expertise with client engagement to provide high-quality, client-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead API integration projects, ensuring connectivity between SaaS platforms
• Gather technical requirements and deliver suitable integration solutions
• Design, implement, and test API integrations for data accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client objectives and adhere to privacy regulations
• Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to clients

Experience and Qualifications

• Proven experience in API integration, especially with SaaS platforms
• Client-facing project experience and strong communication skills
• Technical knowledge of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and integration technologies
• Experience troubleshooting and optimizing API integrations
• Proactive, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus
• Eligible to work in the UK
