You will work directly with clients to understand their integration needs and deliver tailored API solutions, ensuring seamless data flow across systems. The role combines technical expertise with client engagement to provide high-quality, client-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead API integration projects, ensuring connectivity between SaaS platforms
• Gather requirements and deliver integration solutions to meet business needs
• Design, implement, and test API integrations for data accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client objectives and privacy regulations
• Provide technical support during and after integration

Experience and Qualifications

• Proven experience with API integration, especially SaaS platforms
• Client-facing project experience and strong communication skills
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and integration technologies
• Troubleshooting, testing, and optimization skills for API integrations
• Proactive, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure) is a plus
• Eligible to work in the UK
