Job summary
Cardo Group is seeking an Integration Engineer to design, build and support integrations that connect Cardo Group's systems, suppliers and data platforms. You will work with the Head of Data & Analytics and technical teams to deliver secure, scalable APIs and connectors enabling trusted data exchange across the organisation.
The role focuses on securely connecting cloud and on-premise systems, maintaining documentation, and delivering reliable integration services that support operational
Qualifications
- Design, build and maintain APIs and integration services.
- Strong understanding of REST, JSON, XML and web services.
- Proficient in SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with cloud and on-premise integrations.
- Familiar with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Experience with messaging and event-driven architectures.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain API integrations.
- Build RESTful API connections between internal and third-party systems.
- Implement API authentication and security measures.
- Produce API documentation and interface specifications.
- Support testing, versioning and lifecycle management.
- Ensure integrations are reliable, scalable and secure.
- Onboard new systems, suppliers and data sources.
- Collaborate with engineers to align with architecture standards.
- Monitor integrations and resolve incidents.
- Maintain integration catalogues and runbooks.
