Job summary

Warner Hotels is seeking an Integration Lead to own the design and governance of Warner's integration layer. The role leads migration from point-to-point to API-first, event-driven integration, ensuring data platforms and digital products are built on sound foundations.

This hands-on role requires architectural leadership and collaboration with Enterprise Architect, Head of Digital & Data Delivery, and external partners to reduce complexity and enable rapid delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in integration or solution architecture roles.
• Proven track record delivering complex integration platforms in multi-system environments.
• Experience collaborating with data engineers, digital engineers and application teams.

Responsibilities

• Own integration architecture and target state from point-to-point to API-first, event-driven model.
• Define integration standards, patterns, and API governance frameworks.
• Design integrations between core platforms: iStay, Maestro, Zonal, Snowflake, Bloomreach, Optimizely, Amazon Connect, ERPx, ElementSuite, Coupa.
• Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of a new integration platform (FY26 roadmap priority).
• Provide design reviews, technical guidance, and sign-off with engineering partners.
• Govern Snowflake data platform and ensure data quality from source systems.
• Chair integration architecture reviews and maintain API catalogue.
• Advise on integration implications of application rationalisation.
