Job summary

Warner Hotels is seeking an experienced Integration Lead to own the architecture and governance of Warner's integration layer. The role focuses on migrating from point-to-point connections to an API-first, event-driven model to reduce technical debt and enable faster digital delivery across 100+ connected applications.

You will work closely with the Enterprise Architect, Head of Digital & Data Delivery, and external partners to implement the platform, standards, and API catalogue while ensuring

• Extensive experience designing and delivering complex integration architectures across multi-system environments.
• Proven track record moving from point-to-point to API-first, event-driven models.
• Strong governance, standards development and collaboration with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Warner's integration architecture and define the target state for an API-first, event-driven model.
• Define integration standards, patterns, and API governance across engineering teams.
• Lead evaluation, selection and implementation of the new integration platform on the FY26 roadmap.
• Reduce integration technical debt by retiring fragile point-to-point connections as the new platform is adopted.
• Govern the Snowflake data platform integration, ensuring proper data separation of concerns.
