Job summary

Autolus Ltd invites an Associate Director to lead Apheresis and Infusion Operations for clinical and commercial CAR-T programs. The role spans UK and Rest of World, with responsibility for onboarding, site performance, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work with Quality Assurance and internal partners to monitor vendor performance, drive process improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance. Hybrid working in Stevenage with travel across regions as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Apheresis Operations Management in a regulated environment (GxP).
• Knowledge of QA operations, GMP production or related areas.
• Experience working with Apheresis, Cellular Therapy or Stem Cell Transplant programs.
• Experience with quality systems, deviations, change controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and foster relationships with Apheresis, Cell Lab and Treatment Centre Staff for assigned region.
• Act as the single point of technical expertise for Apheresis and Infusion requirements.
• Coordinate with treatment centres to resolve technical issues relating to Autolus activities.
• Define collection site onboarding activities and ensure sites are prepared to perform collections.
• Communicate onboarding status to Clinical and Commercial teams and mitigate delays.
