APC Building Surveyor

An award winning, multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking an APC Building Surveyor to join their team in Reading. With their experience, expertise and local knowledge they are able to support their clients at every stage of property investment, ownership and occupation from acquisition to disposal. Due to their continuing success they are looking for a passionate and driven Building Surveyor to carry out a mix of work.

Role & Responsibilities of the APC Building Surveyor:

• Provide advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of all types of residential and commercial property
• Contract administration
• Measured surveys
• Analyse and report on building defects
• Prepare schedules of dilapidations
• Help develop and manage the Building Surveying team

Skills & Experience of the APC Building Surveyor:

• Ideally working towards APC or has the desire to become chartered
• Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
