Job description

We are currently seeking a Residential / Apartment Maintenance Tech with IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Location: Salisbury, NC 28147

Pay Range: $17-$25 Depending on experience and certifications

Responsibilities:

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

Qualifications:

• Must have reliable transportation
• Previous experience in residential maintenance (apartments, condos, hotels, townhouses, houses, etc.) or related fields
• Professional experience in plumbing, painting, electrical, and appliance repairs
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload independently
• Complete work orders correctly and promptly
• HVAC/EPA Universal certification (helpful but not required)
• CPO certification (helpful but not required)
