Job DescriptionMaintenance Engineer (Apartment Servicing) - London - Up to £35-45,000 Plus Travel Card

I have a fantastic opportunities to work for a leading maintenance company in London, working at across a portfolio of buildings behalf of a large property management company. You will carry out PPM's and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks within a portfolio of High End residential properties within Zones 1 & 2.

My client is looking for a Maintenance Engineer with experience in High End Residential building services to work on a portfolio of High profile Buildings at carrying out maintenance on Luxury High End Residential Apartments.

Hours

Monday to Friday - 08:00am - 17:00pm

Requirements

• Apprentice Trained




• Electrical or Mechanical - City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 or Equivalent




• Client Facing




• High End Residential Experience




• Commercial Building Maintenance Experience




• Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm, clear thinking and able to deliver the required services to the client within given time constraints.




• Good Attitude and willingness to learn

Package

• Basic Salary of up to £35-45,000

Duties

• Electrical and Mechanical PPM's and Reactive maintenance




• General building services tasks




• Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, NVHR, HVAC plant, Water treatment




• Knowledge of BMS, Chillers, Cooling plant, HIU's




• Working as part of a small maintenance team to deliver a great service to the client




• Escorting Sub-contractors, Issuing permits / RAMS
