HHHunt, Inc. is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for the Abberly Waterstone community. You will perform inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry while delivering strong customer service to residents.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent (or trade school certification in HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, electricity)
• EPA 608 Type I & II required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Demonstrated knowledge in four technical areas including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Appliances, Landscaping, Painting, Carpentry, and Swimming Pools.

Responsabilidades

• Complete inspections, work orders, turns and tasks in four technical areas with high customer service
• Solve routine and some moderately complex problems in four technical areas
• Notify Service Manager when parts or supplies need ordering
• Participate in On-Call schedule and document time and work as required
• Keep current on required training classes and certifications
• Communicate with contractors and vendors as instructed by the Service Manager
• Maintain time sheets and communicate with Leasing Office to address concerns
• Ensure community and work are clean, neat, and safe for residents and team members
• Represent the company professionally at all times and adhere to dress codes
