Position Overview:
Each Redwood Neighborhood has an Apartment Maintenance Technician responsible for performing routine and general maintenance on facilities, buildings, and equipment, as well as groundskeeping tasks. Daily responsibilities include using various power tools, completing unit turns, and troubleshooting appliances. Customer service and communication are essential, as technicians act as Redwood ambassadors to provide a positive experience for residents and fellow employees. They will handle repairs and communicate effectively to ensure resident satisfaction.
