Job summary

VaynerMedia is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead APAC financial operations, reporting to the APAC Regional Finance Lead. You’ll own GL close, statutory compliance, and treasury, partnering with HR, Legal, and operations across multiple markets. Strong expertise in GST/ITC, TDS/TCS, payroll tax, audits, and governance is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting and compliance experience.
• 5+ years in a team leadership/managerial role.
• CA or CPA qualification preferred.
• Experience in media, agency, or advertising sectors is a strong advantage.
• Ability to roll up sleeves and handle end-to-end GL accounting and statutory computations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee GL, monthly/quarterly/year-end close processes.
• Lead AR/AP teams; ensure timely processing and compliance.
• Manage statutory indirect and direct tax obligations; payroll taxes.
• Coordinate external audits, governance, and regulatory reporting.
• Partner with APAC Treasury on bank relationships, FX, working capital.
