Your opportunity

  • Process invoices & credits from suppliers

  • Processing payment runs bi-weekly

  • Deal with emails and supplier/customer queries

  • Producing AP Daily and Monthly Stats

  • Chasing the Business to get invoices approved on time for payment

  • Matching Manual Payments and Direct Debits

  • Carry out additional duties as assigned

  • Matrix weekly update to shared space

  • FEBAN and O/S cash clearing

  • Prompt payment reporting and submission

  • Cadency cash and AP reconciliations

  • Carry out other duties as assigned

    Must have skills

  • Must have good computer skills and to be able to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.

  • Ability in inputting data in an efficient and timely manner

  • Must be able to work without supervision

  • Competent in working on MS Excel

  • Experience in accounts payable

  • Attention to detail

  • Understanding of basic bookkeeping

  • Knowledge of accounts payable principles

  • Ability to comprehend and manage financial records

  • Data entry skills

  • Talent for numerical coding

  • Enough understanding of accounting concepts to properly code expenses

  • Organisational skills

  • Communication skills

  • Proficiency with accounting software for accounts payable.

    Nice to have skills

  • Experience of processing in an Accounts Payable function would be an advantage

  • SAP & Basware experience preferred
