YOUR ROLE

Our Bolloré AOG (Aircraft on Ground) team based at London Heathrow is looking for a skilled AOG Freight Operator to support end-to-end air freight operations. This is a dynamic and pivotal role that ensures the smooth and efficient handling of AOG shipments.

As an AOG Freight Operator, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse team, ensuring the timely and effective completion of operational tasks. Flexibility is essential, as the role involves a 4 on, 4 off, 12-hour shift pattern.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting into the AOG Manager you will work across a diverse team you will focus on:

  • Arranging collections on dedicated movements.
  • Book all shipments with approved suppliers.
  • Update customers with shipment details.
  • Complete all customs and MAWB documentation.
  • Support with end-to-end import operational activities.
  • Prepare costing and invoicing as and when required.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Proven experience gained in an AOG role with the ability to tackle operational challenges with a solution-focused approach. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential for this role due to relationship building.

Due to the nature of the role and customer security clearance it is essential for the successful candidate to have resided in the UK for a minimum of 5 years.
