Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle AOG/Time sensitive shipments and ensure compliance with export regulations.
• Collate and manage all export documentation and liaise with airlines.
• Provide quotations and manage all aspects of customs documentation.

Job description

We are working with a Medium sized forwarder who are looking for a AOG Nights Export Operator.

Due to location Car Driver needed. 4 of 4 off Nights 7pm-7am

Role involves:

Handling AOG/ Time sensitive shipments. Export Shipments via Air/Road via customer request. Collating all Export Documentation, HAWBS/MAWbs/Customs /post flight/security procedures/routing of shipments/ airline liaison/transport request and reporting/Cross trade movements. Export documentation- to ensure AWBS are cut and completed in accordance with customers instructions and rated correctly as per airline regulations. Customs - to ensure Custom documentations is in accordance with supplier's instructions including IPR/OPR/ Export Licenses entries. Pre-alerts/Post flights. Quotations.

Experience needed: Some experience, working on AOG's in a freight export department. Previous Air , Road Export experience required Aerospace, shipping Aircraft Parts. Excellent Customer Service skills. Computer Literate. Must be able to work under pressure & tight deadlines. Good time keeping/ attendance.
