A government agency in Birmingham is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Officer to manage financial transactions, bank accounts, and oversee scanning services. The role involves working in a busy, customer-focused environment, with full training provided to ensure success in the financial processing tasks.
Estate Accounts and Scanning (EAS) Team plays a vital role within the Agency. We are responsible for managing the Agency’s bank accounts and processing of financial data related to bankruptcies, liquidations, redundancy payments, and Agency invoice payments. The Team also oversees the Agency’s central post and scanning services. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our operational team.
Full Training will be provided to support you in developing the knowledge and skills needed for the role. We operate in a busy, customer focused environment, working to demanding, but achievable targets.
