Job summary

WeBuyVintage is seeking a hands-on Antiques & Jewellery Operations Assistant to help manage stock flow in our Leeds warehouse. You will sort, organise and move items from jewellery to antiquities, ensuring efficient processing for listing or dispatch.

• Sort and categorise incoming stock from buying teams.
• Move inventory between intake, storage, photography and dispatch areas.

• Maintain a clean, safe and efficient warehouse environment.
• Support the wider team to keep daily operations running smoothly.

The Role

We’re looking for a hands‑on, reliable Antiques & Jewellery Operations Assistant to help manage the flow of stock through our warehouse.

You’ll be responsible for sorting, organising, and moving a wide range of unique items—from jewellery and watches to antiques and collectables—ensuring everything is processed efficiently and ready for listing or dispatch.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Sorting and categorising incoming stock from buying teams
• Moving inventory between intake, storage, photography, and dispatch areas

Salary

The salary for this role is £26,000 - £27,000 p.a.
