Job summary

WeBuyVintage is seeking knowledgeable Jewellery & Antiques Buyers to join our nationwide roadshow team, valuing items and making offers directly to the public across the UK.

You will attend 3–4 events weekly, travel within a 90‑minute drive, negotiate fair offers, and work closely with fellow buyers in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.

Qualifications

• Experience buying and/or selling antiques, jewellery, or similar items.
• Confident negotiator with good commercial awareness.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.

The Role

We are looking for knowledgeable and enthusiastic Jewellery & Antiques Buyers to join our team, providing valuations and making offers at our nationwide roadshow events. This is a varied, customer‑facing role where no two days are the same. You’ll meet people from all walks of life, assess unique items, and buy directly from members of the public across the UK. If you have a keen eye for value, enjoy meeting people, and have a passion for antiques and jewellery, this could be the perfect role for you.

• Strong interest in areas such as Gold, Jewellery, Silver, Cameras, Toys, Militaria, and other collectibles.
• Friendly, trustworthy, and confident with customers.
• Professional and comfortable in a customer‑facing role.
• Willing to stay away overnight when required.

The base salary for this position is £30,000 p.a. + commission.
