Job summary
Our current Anticoagulation Nurse Manager (West) will be retiring on 13th July 2025. We are seeking a suitable candidate to act up into this Band 7 role temporarily, ensuring continuity of leadership and service delivery until the service is redesigned and fully merged.
Applicants should have appropriate clinical experience, leadership potential, and professional competencies to fulfill the responsibilities of this role.
This position offers an excellent development opportunity for a motivated individual interested in gaining experience in operational leadership, service development, and staff management within a supportive environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Lead Anticoagulation Nurse (B8a) at RSCH to manage and support anticoagulation services across both sites.
