A charitable organization is seeking an Anti-trafficking Advocate for Survivors of Modern Slavery to provide crucial support to victims in South Yorkshire. The ideal candidate will be responsible for casework, advocacy, and ensuring service users receive necessary resources. This role offers a supportive, agile working environment with a balance of face-to-face and hybrid interactions.

Our modern slavery and crime reduction services include safe houses, outreach, community programmes, holistic crisis interventions and signposting into counselling, training and employment. We drive change nationally through research, campaigning and strategic partnerships.
Role Summary
How this role fits into the vision and objectives of Causeway
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Anti-trafficking Advocate for Survivors of Modern Slavery. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting survivors of modern day slavery currently within the National Referral Mechanism who are living within the community. You will also work in an agile and responsive team environment providing a great standard of support for service users empowering them towards independence.
The successful candidate will enjoy a mix of face to face support with survivors and hybrid working, supporting service users living within the South Yorkshire region. This role includes meeting service users and providing them with emotional and practical support; advocating on their behalf, communicating with other organisations including but not limited to health professionals, legal representation and the Home office.
