Main purpose of role: To provide administrative support to the AML Team. Understand Dexter’s Money Laundering Best Practices, effectively communicate to others and provide administrative support for the AML team.
Location: Pimlico
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 DOE
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with the AML Advisors to administratively manage the team workflow on “Freshdesk” – scanning for time critical messages, responding to basic queries, checking that all required documentation from offices is uploaded to Vebra/ Reapit/ TED for each AML ticket in order to speed up advisor responses
- Provide support to the team to action basic referrals
- Primarily be responsible for all Amber tickets for offices where they do not have an OSCM/ Senior Coordinator - Compliance.
- Carry out basic audits on sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants’ compliance
- Assisting offices with Land Reg checks
- Administrative tasks including user set up for the various IT systems used by the team
- Assist in developing and documenting best practice for the teams
Requirements
- Passion for customer service and upholding our service standards
- Previous experience within Dexters with a great track record
- Good knowledge of Dexters best practices
- Confidence to work as part of a busy helpdesk, dealing with colleagues at all levels
- Excellent timekeeping and absence record
- Enthusiastic, ‘Nothing is too much trouble’ attitude
- Smart, well presented – uphold dress code
- Ambassador for the company, always acting in the best interest of the company
