Anti-Discrimination & Discipline Manager (Yorkshire Cricket Foundation)

The Yorkshire Cricket Foundation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Anti-Discrimination & Discipline Manager to lead on the management of discrimination, misconduct, and disciplinary matters across cricket in Yorkshire.

About the Role

This important position is within our Safe and Fair Cricket team and focuses on ensuring the game is fair, respectful, and inclusive. Responsibilities include managing complaints and investigations related to discriminatory behaviour or breaches of conduct, working with the Cricket Regulator, local clubs, and leagues to ensure accountability and improvement.

The role also involves developing training, identifying trends, and promoting best practices across Yorkshire's cricket community.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Understanding of disciplinary frameworks, investigative procedures, and complaint handling
  • Knowledge of local Club and League networks, GCR, RCR, and Spirit of Cricket
  • Strong understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion principles in sport or community settings
  • Knowledge of safeguarding frameworks and how discrimination impacts safeguarding
  • Awareness of anti-discrimination legislation like the Equality Act 2010
  • Experience delivering training to diverse audiences
