Role Summary

As a BAA, you will support the daily operational functions within our Home & Decor department and assist the buying team in managing the overall merchandise flow. You will also develop key cross-functional relationships with both internal and external partners in the home office in both the US and the UK as well as the UK store team.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Provide administrative support to Buyer and Assistant Buyer in all areas of the buying department.
  • Track orders into the business through systems and regular contact with production, market suppliers, and our DC to maintain delivery procedures.
  • Update delivery dates to ensure accurate intake planning for the DC.
  • Accurate updating and management of range plans, purchase orders, and critical paths.
  • Raise orders on the system and input all product SKU information into the MTS product tracking system.
  • Process invoices to ensure drop ship and made-to-order suppliers get paid on time.
  • Manage samples: work with production to track samples for press days and photo shoots, and liaise with other functions to ensure products are returned as requested.
  • Prepare presentations for new seasonal range launches every Monday ahead of the weekly management trade meeting.
  • Act as the first point of contact for stores, DC, and customer services for Home-related queries.
