The Role

We are seeking an Antenna Engineer to join our team at our Bayswater manufacturing facility in Melbourne.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and test antennas, collaborating with Product Managers and engineering teams to optimize performance and explore design trade-offs.
• Incorporate manufacturing considerations into antenna designs.
• Conduct simulations, parameter tuning, optimization, and modeling.
• Perform field testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Process RF data and extract features.
• Contribute to process improvements as needed.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports.

About You

• Master's degree in Communications, Telecommunications, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in R&D environment designing innovative antenna solutions.
• Knowledge of MIMO antenna design for international cellular bands, including phase shifting, beam manipulation, and AISG.
• Understanding of RF circuit design principles, including simulation and optimization for productization.
• Experience in building, testing, and verifying products from concept to manufacturing.
• Ability to work within a project-based engineering environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, can-do attitude.
