Job description

ANPR Team Leader - Field Based Role

A£35,000 basic + Bonus + Company Benefits including Company Van and fuel card

(Realistic OTE A£38,000 - A£41,000)

Greater London and Surrounding

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (flexibility required) 40 hours per week

People Responsibilities: ANPR & CCTV Engineers (6-8 engineers)

Job Purpose:
You will be accountable for ANPR installations within your region, including ensuring the delivery of cameras (ANPR/CCTV), the installation of machines and the install of signage. Team Leads could be expected to also carry out reactive work of just signage work if required.

You will be responsible for ANPR/CCTV and Signage installations across the Greater London area, surrounding areas and national coverage when required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. To be accountable for the install of a new ANPR Site which will consist of the install for ANPR and CCTV camera, Pay and Display machines, tablets, signage and any other requests as part of the site installation.
  2. Responsibilities to include the point of contact for any issues onsite and to liaise with the Account Manager or the Ops Project Manager.
  3. Work with the Ops Project Manager to confirm installation requirements prior to site install.
  4. Oversee and manage a small team of ANPR & CCTV Engineers.
  5. To carry out appropriate signage installations if requested.
  6. To resolve issues with cameras at sites as requested.
  7. Responsibility for the ANPR Engineer assigned to the install.
  8. To ensure our clients always receive a personable and quality service.
  9. To ensure all work carried out is of high quality standard.
  10. To follow safe working procedures and operating procedures.
  11. To follow all compliance procedures.
  12. To enter correct and detailed reports on our scheduling system.

Experience Required:
  1. Managing a team of technicians.
  2. Have electrical site experience installing ANPR and Paid Parking machine installations.
  3. Have ANPR install experience and camera set-up.
  4. Able to work as a lone worker and follow survey installation documents.
  5. Have customer service and client facing skills to communicate to our stakeholders.
  6. Ability to cope well under pressure, can multitask and can adapt to changing circumstances.
  7. Full UK Driving License.
