What you will be doing:

1. Responsible for delivering annuity programmes within Ricoh UK that support the annuity business, ensuring the company’s budget and targets are met.
2. Manage and develop new annuity programmes across all lines of business including Office Services, IT Services, and Commercial Op CIP to meet financial goals.
3. Prepare and implement long-term programmes to grow UK annuity revenue streams such as chargeable calls, data overwrite, customer damage, and smart lockers.
4. Track new annuity streams, maintain accurate management information, and share insights to demonstrate current and future growth potential.
5. Manage DBS checks, HDD handling databases, customer service expense lines, and other administrative tasks.
6. Evaluate the effectiveness of all annuity programmes through analysis and measurement, ensuring processes and KPIs are in place.
7. Handle all administrative duties for Regional and District service managers.
8. Oversee invoicing and query management for indirect partners.

Ideal candidate:

• Deep knowledge of Ricoh’s internal processes and back-office systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• Independent, inquisitive, and proactive approach to work.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
