Job summary

Morgan Hunt, on behalf of a prestigious further education college, is seeking an experienced Animal Studies Lecturer for a temporary contract in Bury St Edmunds. You will deliver Animal Care and Management teaching across Levels 1 to 4, plan engaging lessons, schemes of work, and learning resources.

You will assess learner progress, provide feedback, support SEND/EHCP learners, and coordinate progression activities such as UCAS and apprenticeships. Start date is immediate with interviews asap.

Qualifications

• Deliver Animal Care and Management teaching across Levels 1 to 4.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons, schemes of work, and learning resources.
• Design, assess, and provide feedback on student learning and progress.
• Identify learner needs and implement appropriate ILP strategies.
• Support students with SEND/EHCPs, including learning outcomes and exam access arrangements.
• Coordinate student progression activities, including UCAS, apprenticeships, employment, and further.
