Visiting Angels is seeking a dedicated Home Care Assistant to support clients at home, helping with personal care, meals, companionship and daily activities while promoting independence and quality of life.

You'll receive fully paid classroom-based training from the start, fortnightly pay, and flexible full-time or part-time opportunities with a Living Wage Employer commitment. To apply, call 0121 516 2882.

Pay and Benefits

• Weekday rate:£13.75 per hour
• Bank Holiday rate:£23.00 per hour
• Overnight, Waking Night and Live-in care:from £12.75 per hour
• Paid travel time at£12.71 per hour
• Fortnightly pay
• Fully paid classroom-based training from the start

About the Role

As a Home Care Assistant, you will help clients maintain their independence and quality of life while remaining in the comfort of their own homes.

• Assisting with personal care
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Preparing meals and drinks
• Supporting medication routines
• Helping with light household tasks
• Assisting with day-to-day activities

You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with regular clients while making a positive impact on their daily lives.

Previous experience in care, support work or a similar role is beneficial, but not required. Full training and ongoing support are provided.
