Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in software development.

• 2 years of experience in a people management role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital Wellbeing engineering team, own the technical strategy and execution.
• Adopt a cross-functional leadership role across Android teams and global partners.
• Architect and deliver AI solutions to Digital Wellbeing problems.
• Ensure the team, codebase, and processes scale with advancing technology.
• Manage internal stakeholders and align with product strategy.
