Methods Business and Digital Technology Limited is seeking talented Android Developers to join a multidisciplinary delivery team building public-facing digital services in the UK. You will develop robust Android applications, contribute to technical decisions, and help maintain high standards of software engineering across the squad.

You will work within an agile multidisciplinary team alongside designers, product managers and QA, delivering accessible, secure and well-tested mobile solutions

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing Android apps in a commercial setting.
• Strong Kotlin proficiency and solid understanding of the Android SDK.
• Experience with automated unit and UI testing, and Git workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high-quality Android apps using Kotlin.
• Translate user and business requirements into reliable technical solutions.
• Write clean, tested code following modern Android practices.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers and QA in an agile team.
• Participate in code reviews and architectural decisions.
• Develop automated tests and contribute to CI/CD processes.
• Investigate defects and performance issues, ensuring security and accessibility.
