Job summary

Saxon Hill Academy, part of the Shaw Education Trust, is seeking a positive Ancillary Assistant to join our specialist team in Lichfield. You will provide personal care and classroom support for pupils with additional needs, in a caring, team‑oriented environment.

Full training will be provided; relevant experience in personal care and supporting children with disabilities is desirable. FTC until 31 August 2027, 32.5 hours per week, term time plus inset days, £24,414–£24,796 per year.
