Here at VMO2, we are seeking an experienced Anaplan Solution Architect to join us on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract within the Planning Team. The team aims to transform planning and forecasting processes by building connected, innovative, driver-based planning models in Anaplan. These models will improve forecast accuracy, foster collaboration, and support data-driven decision-making to accelerate growth.

Responsibilities

1. Define dimensions and forecast logic for models in framework design.
2. Determine data requirements and coordinate with data teams for new data creation if needed.
3. Collaborate with Product Owners to understand priorities and develop use cases for models.
4. Ensure model design meets business needs across Planning and Performance Management.
5. Contribute to developing a driver-based approach with consistent cohort dimensions.
6. Prioritize data requirements supporting build activities and establish processes for data creation and usability.

Must Haves

• Proven success in digital transformation within cross-functional environments.
• 2-3 years experience in forecast modeling and building driver-based models in Anaplan, preferably with volume/revenue focus.
• Experience in steering Anaplan model architecture for new and existing models.
• Ability to present analysis and design options to senior stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Leadership skills within cross-functional teams.
• Experience promoting agile ways of working.
• Completed Anaplan Model Builder L1-3 (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of tools like Tableau, Atlan, GCP, and DBT (preferred).
