Job summary

The Formula Father, based in London, seeks an experienced Anaplan Model Builder (Level 3) to design, build, and optimise enterprise-scale Anaplan solutions. You'll work with finance, operations and forecasting teams to turn business challenges into scalable models, oversee integrations and governance, and drive AI-powered forecasting initiatives.

You will collaborate across functions and contribute to model governance, performance optimisation, and user enablement while staying aligned with data

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience building Anaplan models.
• Anaplan Level 3 certification (or equivalent experience).
• Strong model building and data modelling skills.
• Experience with ALM, model optimisation, and best practices.
• Understanding of data architecture, governance, and data quality.
• ETL and integration experience.
• Background in forecasting, finance, analytics, or planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Interest in AI and predictive planning.
• Collaborative, problem-solving mindset.

Role

We're looking for an Anaplan Model Builder (Level 3) to design, build, and optimise enterprise-scale Anaplan solutions. You'll work closely with finance, operations, and forecasting teams to turn business challenges into scalable models, improve planning processes, and help deliver AI-powered forecasting solutions. You'll also support integrations, model governance, performance optimisation, and user enablement.

What You'll Bring

• 2 to 3 Years Experience in Anaplan
• Anaplan Level 3 certification (or equivalent experience)
• Strong model building and data modelling skills
• Experience with ALM, model optimisation, and Anaplan best practices
• Understanding of data architecture, governance, and data quality
• ETL and integration experience
