Data Specialist at Intellect Group | Ex PwC Consultant

We’re working with a fast-growing consultancy delivering high-impact Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions to Tier 1 banks and financial services clients. As their Anaplan practice continues to scale, they’re looking for a hands-on Anaplan Model Builder to design and build sophisticated models for high-profile programmes.

This is a permanent, remote-first role (UK-based) offering a £100,000 base salary and a generous bonus structure comprising four separate streams – making it ideal for experienced builders who want to stay close to the modelling and be rewarded for both technical delivery and contribution to firm growth.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build Anaplan models that align with business needs and platform best practices
Translate complex business requirements into logical, scalable technical models
Own the full model build lifecycle: requirements gathering, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and optimisation
Build clean, user-friendly dashboards and UX pages for finance and operational stakeholders
Improve performance and maintainability of existing models
Collaborate with Solution Architects and directly with client stakeholders
Share best practice and support internal enablement through reusable components and mentoring

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a hands-on Anaplan Model Builder (minimum 2 full-cycle implementations)
Strong grasp of model structure, sparsity, calculation logic, and UX design
Ability to work directly with business users and translate needs into technical models
Financial services experience a plus, but not essential
Anaplan Level 1 & 2 certified; Level 3 or The Anaplan Way preferred

What’s on Offer

Up to £100,000 base salary (depending on experience)
4 bonus streams, including:
Annual base bonus: 25–40% of salary
