Overview

Renaissance Global is recruiting for a Data Analyst (Anaplan Specialist) to join the Revenue Operations team, reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and rollout, including proof of concepts, of new Anaplan models to support business expansion
  • Design, develop, and maintain Anaplan models that support business processes
  • Continuously enhance and optimise existing models to improve performance and scalability
  • Understand business needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate planning needs into Anaplan formulas and modules
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency by integrating Anaplan with core systems
  • Drive best practices, provide user support and training, and champion adoption across the business
  • Own platform governance, documentation, and ongoing model maintenance
  • Collaborate with team members to design and implement technology that aligns with business objectives
  • Identify issues and structural problems and generate actionable recommendations using Anaplan methodologies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience operating in cross-functional initiatives within a complex and fast-moving environment
  • Experience in B2B and enterprise/SaaS or subscription-based products with high growth
  • Experience in sales incentive design, sales budget modelling, and compensation methodology
  • Seasoned experience in pipeline management and forecasting in a B2B context
  • Anaplan Level 1 and Level 2 Model Builder certifications (Level 3 or Solution Architect is a plus)
  • Self-motivated, able to work unsupervised when required and meet deadlines

  • This is a UK, London-based role; candidates must reside and have the right to work in the United Kingdom. We do not offer sponsorship for this position.
  • Hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days remote) at the London Head Office (Brentford); note the office is moving to a different location in early 2026.
