THE ROLE
Understanding the needs of data across the business, be a champion for clarity and consistency within data and empower the business with enriched data models.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of analytics professionals.
Tell Data-Driven Stories: Translate your insights into clear, actionable recommendations that influence product strategy, marketing investments, and business decisions.
Partnership: Work cross functionally with the Marketing function, as well as BMD teams to support delivery to trade & brand targets.
Data Mining: Explore opportunities to add or enhance existing data sets that deliver incremental value to New Look.
Advanced Analytics: Experience of delivering and measuring the impact of data science projects such as random forest, k-means, linear regression.
Optimisation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimisation.
Collaborate: Lead a given analytical principle and deliver an agreed analytics strategy.
Development: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in analytics.
