We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Analytics Lead and spearhead the delivery of analytics and AI-driven solutions, lead client engagements, and mentor junior team members whilst applying cutting-edge data science techniques and technology to solve real-world healthcare challenges.

How will you make an impact?

• Analytics leadership:Lead the design and delivery of high-quality analytics and AI-driven solutions for multiple healthcare projects, setting technical direction and ensuring excellence in delivery
• Client partnership: Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to transform complex business challenges into actionable analytics solutions
• Technical excellence: Drive comprehensive analytics processes from scoping and data quality assessment to advanced method selection, model development, and compelling visualisation
• Team development: Lead and mentor, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment and sharing your expertise across the team

The superpowers you'll be bringing to the team:

• Senior technical proficiency: 7+ years' experience in an advancedanalytics / data science focused role, with expert coding / modelling experience in SQL, Python or similar
• Health / HealthTech experience:experience working withhealthcare or life sciences data and applying analytics to improve patient, clinician or customer outcomes
• Leadership experience: Proven ability to lead technical team members and drive delivery
• Academic background: Advanced tertiary qualifications in statistics, engineering, mathematics, physics, medicine, or a related discipline
• Stakeholder engagement:Experience building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
