Job description

The post-holder will work as part of the Advanced Analytics Unit to provide evidence, tools, analysis, and insights in support of national and regional projects. They will bring, and further develop, technical expertise across disciplines such as modelling, statistics, data science, operational research, and health economics. The role requires experience in delivering all aspects of the analytics lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analytical methodologies, presentation, and interpretation, working with decision-makers to achieve impact.

The post-holder will be part of a multi-disciplinary team and possess strong coding skills to automate reporting and develop data pipelines for dashboards. Proficiency in R Studio and PySpark, experience with Github, and dashboard development using Tableau, Databricks, or FDP are essential. They should have strong requirements gathering skills and management skills to lead analysis for the Martha’s Rule programme, ensuring quality and meeting team and programme needs.
