Overview

Analytics & Insight Lead – London or Horsham (Hybrid). Up to £90,000 + Bonus.

VIQU have partnered with a leading organisation who are seeking an Analytics & Insight Lead to shape and deliver their enterprise-wide analytics and insights strategy. The successful Analytics & Insight Lead will sit at the heart of the data transformation, responsible for embedding best practice, driving adoption of cutting-edge analytics platforms, and ensuring business stakeholders can unlock the full value of the organisation's data estate. You will set the direction for analytics enablement, establish governance frameworks, and foster communities of practice, ensuring data-driven decision-making is consistent, compliant, and impactful across the group.

Responsibilities
  • Define and deliver the analytics and insights strategy, aligned with business goals.
  • Maintain a roadmap for evolving analytics capabilities.
  • Own and govern analytics platforms, embedding standards and compliance.
  • Drive adoption of tools such as Power BI, SAS, and Databricks.
  • Champion a hub-and-spoke delivery model and clarify responsibilities.
  • Build communities of practice and embed data-driven decision making.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to prioritise initiatives and deliver value.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience delivering analytics and insights at scale.
  • Background in financial services, insurance, or other regulated sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of tools such as Power BI, SAS, and Databricks.
  • Experience setting governance frameworks and standards.
  • Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills.
  • Leadership experience mentoring data professionals and driving collaboration.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and insight skills.
