Job summary

Burberry is seeking an Analytics Engineer to deliver enterprise dashboards and reports, translating business requirements into robust, maintainable outputs. The role focuses on visual design, KPI logic and secure, self-serve analytics foundations across the business.

You will work with Data Product Managers, Data Engineers and analysts to ensure outputs are built on certified data sources and governed data products, contributing to reusable assets and standardized templates.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain enterprise reports, dashboards and visualisations using Tableau and Databricks.
• Translate business requirements into robust reporting outputs and maintainability.
• Develop high-quality visual designs for dashboards and reports for non-technical users.
• Implement KPI calculations and reusable metrics across aggregation levels.
• Document KPI logic, data sources and business definitions for handover.
• Collaborate with Data Product Managers, Data Engineers and Analysts to align outputs with data models.
• Apply reporting security controls including role-based access and row-level security.
• Support user acceptance testing and resolve defects under supervision.
