Job summary

Lupa Pets in London is seeking an Analytics Engineer to own the analytics layer of our data platform, writing and maintaining SQL models that power dashboards and BI across the business. You will transform raw data into clean datasets for Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams, and build reports on clinical outcomes and growth metrics.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in analytics/BI roles, exceptional SQL skills, and experience with data modelling and dbt.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on analytics engineering/BI engineering experience.
• Exceptional SQL skills with fluency in complex queries and data modelling.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytics layer of our data platform, writing, structuring, and maintaining SQL models powering dashboards and BI across Lupa.
• Transform raw data into clean, reliable datasets for Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
• Build and maintain reports showing clinical outcomes, practice performance, customer health, and growth metrics.
• Define and enforce data modelling best practices, naming conventions, documentation, and testing coverage.
• Partner with the wider Data team to ensure analytics models sit on solid pipelines.
• Work with stakeholders across the business to translate needs into clean SQL and actionable insights.
