As an Analytics Engineer, you'll play a key role in building and developing trusted data products that power decision-making across Whitbread. Working within our modern Databricks-based FLOW platform, you'll design, build and maintain robust data models and transformation pipelines, turning raw data into high-quality, analysis-ready datasets that can be confidently used by teams across the business.
You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into scalable technical solutions and ensure that data products are accurate, well-documented and easy to reuse. You'll take ownership of testing, governance and continuous improvement, applying engineering best practices to deliver reliable and cost-effective solutions.
Alongside managing your own priorities within an agile delivery environment, you'll contribute to the development of standards across the team, support junior colleagues through coaching and mentoring, and help shape the future evolution of Whitbread's data platform and analytics capabilities.
