What you’ll be doing

As Analytics Manager, you’ll be at the heart of their Data Science team, working on end-to-end modelling projects and collaborating with Data Visualization, Planning, and Client Services teams.

You’ll:

  • Lead high-impact analytics projects from brief to delivery
  • Apply modelling techniques (linear regression, incrementality, etc.) to solve real business problems
  • Build trusted relationships with client teams and external stakeholders
  • Present findings confidently with strategic insights
  • Mentor junior analysts and influence delivery processes
  • Manage multiple workstreams and timelines effectively

What you’ll need to bring

  • Experience in media/advertising analytics (MMM, regression modelling, incrementality, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Alteryx, Snowflake, or Tableau
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
