Job description

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the creation and development of analytics and reports. Your work will directly impact business operations, enabling informed decision-making at the highest level.

Please note there are two fixed-term contract roles - one 14 months and one until November 2025.

How will I spend my time in this role?

• Understand and amend existing SQL scripts, views, and stored procedures, and create new complex code where required;
• Create business reports, dashboards, and analysis according to requirements;
• Support the development of Business Intelligence, such as physical data models;
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure modelling and datamarts hold accurate and useful data sources for reporting;
• Interpret requirements from management and stakeholders, proposing solutions that fully meet business needs;
• Select appropriate visualization approaches and contribute to exploration and experimentation in data visualization.

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

Proven hands-on experience with SQL (SSMS), SSIS, ETL, Power BI, and Oracle SQL.

What does hybrid working mean to us?

Typically, 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home each week. Some travel to other offices may be required.
