Bedford, UK | Permanent | On-site | Biotech | Scale-Up Environment

An ambitious, late-stage start-up is making waves in the cell and gene therapy space by developing advanced smart polymer technologies designed to improve viral vector purification and analytics. Backed by serious funding and led by experienced industry figures, they’re combining deep scientific expertise with agile, high-impact chemical manufacturing—and they’re gaining serious momentum. This is not your typical biotech job. It’s a chance to join a company that's shaping the future of advanced therapies, not just keeping pace with it.
